Development, Prototyping, & Optimization
FC&T develops lab-scale prototypes & supports the refinement of processing parameters such as blending, mixing, granulation, or homogenization. We evaluate factors like uniformity, potency, stability, & organoleptics, then adjust formulations or processes as needed. Where appropriate, we collaborate with your contract manufacturers to help ensure a smooth path to scale-up.
Validation & Data Package
For finalized formulations, we coordinate testing with qualified laboratories to verify that the product meets its intended specifications. This may include potency, identity, & other critical quality attributes. The results are integrated with your design specs & Technical Transfer Instructions (TTIs). The client then receives a complete project booklet with samples and a comprehensive package your team & partners can use to manufacture, test, & support the product going forward.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
